1. "I will have dinner if I am hungry"

In this sentence, whether you have dinner depends on (is subject to the condition that) you are hungry. The other sentences have no such conditions mentioned in them.

2. The hypothesis part of an if-then statement is the "if" part. The "then" part is the conclusion. In this example, "it rains" is the "if" part, hence the hypothesis.

3. This statement talks only about cab drivers says nothing about cab ownership, so the two answers that talk about owning a cab rather than driving one are immediately disqualified. Of the remaining two statements, the only one having the same truth values as the original statement is "If you drive a cab, then you have a drivers license."

4, In a converse, the hypothesis and the conclusion switch places, like this:

"If tomorrow is my birthday, then today is Monday."

The truth values of a converse are different from those of the original statement, but that is not necessarily obvious in this example.

5. In the converse of a statement, both the hypothesis and conclusion are negated. This means putting in a "not" into the hypothesis. It also means (conceptually) putting a second "not" into the conclusion, but this second "not" effectively cancels out both the original "not" and the added one. The answer is therefore:

"If you are not a teenager, then you are 25 years old."

Obviously, the truth values for this inverse are different for those of the original.

In a contrapositive of a statement, both parts are negated AND the hypothesis is switched with the conclusion. Surprisingly, although negation of both parts or switching the parts changes the truth value of the statement, doing both does not.

It's very possible to learn to sing well. You just need to know the right methods. Learn here https://tr.im/OFUUc

Singing teachers will cost money and can be expensive so they're not for everyone. Singing can be learned so it's not an "either you have it or you don't" kind of thing.

Whether you sound like crap or you're decent, I recommend this singing course. It's one of the best methods to learn to sing well in a short amount of time. It's all about using efficient techniques that work.
