22.

You have to prove that the expression is equal to 2 x (any number)

(7n + 1)2 - (7n - 1)2 is the subtraction of two square numbers (a2 – b2) = (a-b)(a+b)

[(7n + 1) – (7n - 1)] [(7n + 1) + (7n - 1)]

(7n + 1 – 7n + 1)(14n + 1 - 1)

(2)(14n) which is a multiple of 2.

#23. ??

#21.

Q = nT4 (If Q is directly proportional to T4, it means that it is equal to T4 times some number).

Q = n(T x T x T x T)

480 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x n (When Q =480, T = 2)

480 = 16 x n

n = 30

Q = 30T4

Find Q when T = 3

Q = 30(3)4

Q = 30(81)

Q = 2430

22) (7n+1)^2 - (7n-1)^2 = (7n+1)(7n+1) - (7n-1)(7n-1)

= 49n^2+7n+7n+1 - 49n-7n-7n+1

= 28n (49n^2-49n^2=0, 1-1=0, (7n--7n=14n)x2=28n)

as required.

Or something like that.

23 a) r-p

23 b) I can't do.

Second Paper:

21) Q is directly proportional to T^4

Q=kT^4 Q=480, T=2

480=2^4k

480=16k

k=480/16

k=30

(T=3) Q = 3^4x30

Q=81x30

Q=2430

24 a) SAS: Side PR = PQ, Angle PMR = RMQ, Side QM = RM

24 b) I'm not sure how to do.

25 a) & b) I can't do.

26 a) y=f(x+3) but that could be wrong.

26 b) I can't do that online.

Hope I helped!

there is numerous trigonometry contained in the mathematics A-point course, and algebra, almost the whole course is trig and algebra. i did no longer discover the AS twelve months too undesirable, it quite often merely observed on from my GCSE artwork, yet A2 has been an extremely enormous bounce. I have been given an A in my maths GCSE (merely merely even with the indisputable fact that, i replaced into expected a B) so in case you will gain a competent A/A* the course could actually be interior of your draw close. I additionally warfare with sin and cos graphs, i'm able to in no way submit to in strategies what they seem to be, yet I nonetheless cope it merely takes me slightly longer like attempting to submit to in strategies how lots to function directly to my consequence to artwork out different attainable recommendations. of course it relies upon on what examination board you would be reading (i'm doing OCR) as they are going to all be fairly distinctive. I studied documents no longer mechanics, so i'm no longer specific what's on it, yet (my revision instruction manual shows vectors, kinematics, Newton's regulations) yet from what i've got heard mechanics is meant to be much less complicated than stats. possibly you are going to be able to desire to speak on your instructors and ask to work out A-point papers and what they think of approximately you taking it? in case you do start to take maths then understand that is not something you are able to look when you are able to continuously drop out, for the 1st few weeks you will merely have the ability to flow to a distinctive class somewhat and not have lots greater suitable artwork to make amends for. desire this helps and stable luck :)
