Uhm, So Lecture counts for 80% of mark and lab counts for 20% im guessing. In which case you scored 80% for lecture and 99.89% for lab. so you have to get your combined score out of 100%. So it is safe to say lecture is 8/10 of mark and lab is 2/10 so you multiply them by these fractiuons and add

(80 * 8/10) + (99.89 * 2/10) = 64 + 19.978 = 83.978% (I hope this is correct/ helps you)

80% = .80

20% = .20

.80 x 80 = 64

.20 x 99.89 = 19.978

64 + 19.1978 = 83.98

You have an 83.98 percent in the class.

80%*80%+20%*100%=84%

The .11% lost in lab is negligible.
