y = ln^2 x
dy/dx = 2 ln x • 1/x = 2 ln x/x

I suppose you mean this:
ln'(x) = 1/x
ln'(2x) = 1/x
ln'(x^2) = ?
ln'(x^2) = ln'(x) + ln'(x) = 1/x + 1/x = 2/x
For ln^2'(x):
Let t = ln(x)
y = t^2
ln^2'(x) = 1/x . 2t = 1/x . 2ln(x) = 2ln(x) / x

Try 0, see if it works... and you really should study derivatives.

d/dx(ln(2x)) =
2/(2x) =
1/x
d/dx(ln^2(x)) =...use the chain rule
2(lnx)(1/x) =
2lnx/x
