There are 24 hours in a day stating and ending at MIDNIGHT. 12:00 is NOON 1PM would be 12 + 1
There is noting hard about the 24 hour clock. you just need to be able to count from 1 to 24 instead of 1 to 12
1PM is 1300
1:30 Pm is 1330
6 PM is 12 + 6 or 18:00
7:30 PM is 12 +7 or 19:30
Get the Idea.

1330
It is half (i.e. 30 minutes) past, i.e. after, 1 in the afternoon, which is 1300. So, 1300 + 30 is 1330.

????
1:30 pm = 1330.... It ain't rocket science, after 12 just keep going 13,14,15,16.......just as easy as counting or you could use some higher math and add 12+1 = 13, 12 +2=14, 12+3=15 etc.

Take your PM time and add 12. Half-past ONE (1:30 pm) would be 13:30 hours. 4 pm is 16:00 hrs, 7 pm is 19:00 hrs, etc.

No. Start with 1:00 and add the half hour. Remember military time is a 24-hour clock. So once you pass Noon (1200) then it doesn't start over, but keeps adding until it reaches 2400 at midnight. (Actually 2400 doesn't exist on a military clock, it switches from 2359 to 0000 - it resets itself.)
