First of all I totally understand what you are asking for, because once I was at your age. You could have asked this question in just 4 lines.
I am really sorry to disappoint by telling you that there's nothing exactly like the thing to do what you are hoping for & I know that you were really, really excited when you were writing this question. The things you seen in movies, TV serials and shows are not real, or you can say not real for everyone. To many people, having their own home remains fantasy for their whole life.
You can find some other place to hang out with your friends. You can hang out in some friend's house or choose one house to hang out for one day and then get together at another friend's house.
You can do many productive things to pass the time. Every one of you can select any topic or thing to get information about it and you can discuss it the next day. All of you can get something to read and then discuss it with others the next time you meet. You can watch a TV Program or Movie and share your perspective. You can learn a new word every day, its history, its origin and tell your friends.
Volunteering - you could maybe help to tidy up a local park, or help out with a local scout or brownie group.
Joining a group - you could join your local history group or help run a local children's football team.
Taking up a new sport - you could try running, swimming or playing tennis. This is also a great way to help improve your fitness.
Take up a new hobby - this could be anything from playing music, walking to photography.
Wouldn't it be wonderful that you all go to a friend's house a help organizing/cleaning the house, next day you all can go to the other friend's house and so on!
It's normal at your age to want to do crazy and dangerous things but you have to control yourself.
Don't think about doing things which can harm you or get you or your parents in any kind of trouble. Always know that no matter what happens and whatever you do, your parents love you.
