The web page below should help you. It lists 100 random prime numbers, being 10 of length 10 digits, 10 of 20 digits . . . up to 10 of 100 digits. With a suitable calculator, you could create 4950 non-square semiprimes of lengths from 20 to 200 digits.

The author classes these as "small" primes. Follow the link at the foot of his page for larger random primes of lengths 110, 120 . . . up to 300 digits.

Chris Caldwell's Prime Pages are just about the best resource on the whole world-wide web for everything to do with prime numbers.

If you don't mind a little work, why don't you write a program that tests primality, and when you find two LARGE primes, their product is a large semiprime.
