its super simple, i know it is, but its getting late and im about brain dead from lack of sleep.
the question is
if i went from 100 sales 1 yr, to 200 sales the next year, what percentage did i increase? i increased my production ___% from yr 1 to yr 2.
im sorry i even had to relate to this... but any help would be greatly appreciated

you increased sales by 100%



Just to clarify an increase of 100% is the same a saying that the value has doubled



If the sales would have went from 100 to 201, then there would have been an increase of 101%



If the sales would have went from 100 to 199, then there would have been an increase of 99%

(200 - 100)/100 = 1 (multiply 1 by 100 to get the percentage value= 100%)

if your year 2 sales were: 150



(150 - 100)/100 = 0.5 (multiply 0.5 by 100 to get the percentage value= 50%)
