9/n + 1/4 = 1
9/n = 1 - 1/4
9/n = 3/4
n = (9)(4/3)
n = 12

9/n + 1/4 = 1
Multiplying both sides by the LCD (least common denominator) 4n, we get
4n[9/n + 1/4 = 1]
36 + n = 4n
36 = 4n - n
36 = 3n
3n = 36
3n/3 =36/3
n = 12

9/n + 1/4 = 1
9/n = 3/4
36 = 3n
12 = n
To do this you make a proportion and cross multiply.

BEST SOLUTION
good it's algebra;
9/n+1/4=1
get rid of denomitors by multiplying them with numerators;
n(9/n)+n(1/4)=n(1)
9+n/4=n
get rid of denominator 4
4(9)+4(n/4)=4(n)
36+n=4n
solve for n
36=4n-n
36=3n
n=36/3
n=12
some more math please, i really enjoy it.
any qn. you fail just mail it to me"vaghen2@yahoo.com"
thank u
