I could probably answer the maths part of the question if I could get past your atrocious spelling. Please make a visible effort when posting your questions, and you should find that people are willing to make an equivalent effort in answering. Thank you.

(1) 1/7 = 7^(-1) [7 raised to the power of minus 1]
(2) 1/8x8x8 = 1/8^3 = 8^(-3).
This could also be 1/512 = 512 ^(-1).
It could also be1/2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2 = 1/2^9 = 2^(-9)
(3) If you mean 3 x sq.rt of 5 then we have 3x5^(1/2).
Just in case you mean the cube root of 3, that is 5^(1/3)

1/7 in index form... a reciprocal is represented by a negative index viz 7^(-1)
In the same way, 1/(8*8*8) = 8^(-3)
Roots are fractional indices so SQRT 5 would be 5^(1/2) so 3*SQRT5 = 3*5^(1/2)

I totally agree with SV. Your atrocious English requires your attention before your mathematics. Have you deliberately gone out of your way to corrupt the English language? If so, why?
