How do you only copy the numbers in a cell without copying the formula also in Excel?

I need to copy the numbers in a colum w/o copying the formula used to arrive at those numbers because I need to delete another colum that is part of the formula because I can not give that info to a cutomer. I'm a reseller.

You could copy and paste the columns you want into word instead.



Or you could simply hide the columns you don't want the customer to see. Select the columns, go to format, and then select hide.

You use Paste Special in the Edit menu when you're going to paste (you copy normally). Within the Paste Special menu, there are lots of choices, one of which is "Values" That'll do it!

Right click on the column, in question, and click copy. The column you want to paste to, right click and click paste special, with values only.
