This is a nice problem.

Switch on one of the bulbs and wait for it to heat up. Turn in off and switch another one. Go downstairs, and feel the hotness. The hot bulb corresponds to the first switch and the one that is on the second switch. The one that is off is for the switch that has not been touched.

Well I assume that the question is : Which switch is associated to which bulb ?

The answer for that is as follows ....

Lets say that there are 3 switches A B and C. Turn on the Switch A, wait for a couple of minutes. Then turn A off and Turn on B. Now go to the ground floor. The bulb glowing is associated with switch B. The hotter of the other 2 bulbs is associated with switch A and the remaining bulb is associated with the switch C.

Switch on one of the bulbs and wait for some time. Later switch that bulb off and switch another one. Go down. The bulb which is hot is the one which was lighted on earlier. One will be glowing at that moment. The 3rd is then also obvoiusly identified.

Perhaps you should close the question by selecting a best answer rather than stating that it is closed in an additional information post. Leaving it up is annoying to those of us who deciphered your incoherent writing only to discover you were no longer interested in our answers.

Actually, you have to wait 24 hours to put the question to a vote, but the "choose as best answer" button shows up as soon as someone answers the question. Given that you've already announced which answer is correct I assume you intend to choose that answer as the best answer.
