okay so im in honors math and have had a hundred average all year.. but this regents was kinda hard i thought! so for the employee question.. i said that the mean was 40 and the standard deviation was 14.9... but i said that the answer was 9 employees instead of 8! even though this was a 4 point question, can i still get 3 out of four points? im hoping for a 99 on this exam!!
also.. does anyone know what the answer was to the log multiple choice question> towards the beginning...

Actually i checked my grade today, i scored a 99 on that regents, it was pretty easy compared to the last couple of ones that I've been doing as examples. I'll explain why later but the answer to that question was 8 employees, i'm sure because i went over the test with 2 of my math teacher once it was over and i got all the multiple choice correct, but there was one question on the forces and it asked for exact value, i simply wrote out the number...i feel so stupid for this error. well, now for the answer, You can get a 99 on this test because of the curve, getting that half that question wrong could get you a 99.

I got 8 employees.

I put the information in order in the stats, and I made sure to include that there were 2 25's, 2 40's etc... in the L2 column

So I got the mean to be 40, and the Standard Deviation to be 14.9... (my teacher hinted to us not to round it to 15).

So my range was 25.1 - 54.9 .. since 25 and lower doesnt count into the range and 55 and higher didnt either, I got 8 employees (counting the doubles).

I'm pretty confident with my answer, however, I can be wrong. Im not sure.

Did anyone else get 8 too?

I think you will get a 3/4 because the way the scoring key works is if you show your work properly but put the wrong answer down, or the other way around, etc..... And yes it was 8 employees. idk how everyone else is getting 10, or anything else for that matter.

The log multiple choice question i cant remember too well. I know the answer was a fraction, and only the 2nd variable in the denominator had a square root sign.

A few questions i don't forget from other sources and the top of my head: The inverse cosine query, as mentioned in my e-book, to make it a perform is from 0 to pi (y: 0 < y < pi). The final query I acquired the next solutions for (xzero , -20/eight , half) For the degrees to radian conversion , its 216 occasions PI*** / one hundred eighty. Simplified to three.8 Recursive question in part 2 was once 9 Put in terms of sin Theta , it was once sin^2 Theta That lengthy division question? I got -x-2/x(x-four) .. Something like that For the normal deviation question, i bought 10 staff . Alot of persons say 8 , but im not definite of the reply. Provide an explanation for .. Sin x = .Eight and in finding tan half of x , I received .5 The pizza query with 8 slices congruent to one another, 12* was relatively complex imo. It was once 270 degrees , or 3pi/2 The forces with resultant was once 20 and 24 The graph where you had to make an equation was once -3sin(2x)=y when you forgot =y, you could have misplaced a factor. The primary section 2 query with simplifying, it used to be n = 1 The one with the pets and pupils , in my opinion the hardest query on the experiment , i guessed with 8 . Anyone PLEASE give an explanation for THIS ONE!!!! The distinct triangles with m and n with 6 and 10 , the perspective for M used to be 35 The composition question i bought 3 sinx^2 , something like that. I dont recollect what i put tbh. A=Pe^rt I received anything in the 900's , 907 perhaps ? The one with number of negative solutions with possibly that cubic graph in MC , it was once zero The one with the log base 2 x= y . Which graph was it, it was once the primary graph where it crossed 1,zero I believe! The discipline question , distinctive area , it was 198 rad three i think. What about that likelihood query , The final question? I put option four . 25 C 15 from reminiscence. ALL THESE answers ARE FROM memory, IM no longer announcing they are a hundred% right.

It was 8 employees. I think a lot of people are accidentally including the two 25s becuz they rounded the standard div. Maybe you thought the two 25s were considered one?

And the log one was p^3/(t^2*sqrt(r)).

Totally bombed 38, with the magnitudes and angles.

I put 12 for the employees one...I got 15 for standard deviation and 40 for the mean. So they had to go into the range of 25 to 55. And there were 12 of them I thought.......idk

it was 5 employees.I am pretty sure it's not 8 or 10.The mean was 40 and you had 4 employees on 1 side and 1 on the other.Combine - 5.

I got 7 for the employees :(... And the log one was the one where r was square rooted in the bottom. I forget which one.

the log one I got something like p^3/(t^2)(sqaureroots of r)

I am not sure for the inverse cosine in the multi-choice !!!!
